I want to protect my investments

I have started investing in Gold and Silver through a broker. In the last few months I have seen reasonable returns. I just want to make sure I keep doing well. Any suggestions you could give me to do well in my investments?

- Look at the paper once or twice a day.

Bach Flower Remedies 
This is in answer to my prayer!
Good Morning Naran Sir,
Even I have invested in share market and as of now my friend is looking after the trading on a daily basis. But I have experienced loss since few days. I invested around 45K and have lost around 10K since then. I will try the above remedy suggested by you.
Pls suggest if anything else needs to be done or above remedy will work.
Also, as I am here, I would like to ask for another suggestion from you. I am under a big debt. More than half of my salary goes in paying the EMIs and not able to save much. Pls suggest SWs so that I get freed from the debt.
I had another small query. Can we chant the SWs in mind or whisper them silently?

I am very new to this blog. I have invested in share market for 2 years ago near about 30 Lakhs. The firm cheated everybody like me who have invested with them, and the matter is in court for last 2 years. For the last 2 years I am jobless, now i am in deep debts. naran sir…my husband is doing his own business.. he is engineer, and very hard -working.. still he did’t get as much as money..that he desreved.. ,he tried lot.. but sales are not increasing too much… can u suggest me switch word, flower remedy… or anyrthing that is suitable for him..thanks so much for your kind help…
