Manage an Emergency Smartly

At my home, all-most all the expensive equipment become out-of-order/ damaged/malfunctioning causing heavy recurrent expenditure, for example my camera, car, DVD, charger, mobile phone, watch, satellite antenna, computer, laptop, jewellery, ac, fridge, heater, pipes, and drain gully.
Why this happen frequently? What are the remedial measures to prevent unnecessary damage repair to equipment at home?

My sister’s 11 year old girl has been diagnosed with very small kidney stone in both her kidneys. She is a thin child always complaining of indigestion,recurrent cold,throat infection and worms.My sister herself is stressed due to dominating ,controlling mother-in-law and a weak husband.Please sir guide us and help them both.

My husband is unwell for past one and half month due to cronic stomach infection. Medicines are going on but his body is not responding much to the medicines. for the past 15 days he is having fever too. Doctors may not able to dignose it properly.
